Everyone was pretty much raving about this stuff. I must admit, the only reason I bought this in the first place was because I got curious. While it is marketed more towards a dry skin type here in the Philippines, I can easily say and verify that even those with oily skins can enjoy this too. The dimethicone must be of low concentration because it has never broken me out. That must be the reason why it feels matte and why it behaves the way it does on my oily skin.
I also checked its ingredients in CosDNA and to my horror found out it has dimethicone in it, but not as an active ingredient. I now get why it has such a huge following. I’m not kidding you and it does all of those without any white cast. It gives off a healthy satin look but my skin is more matte-like to touch. In a way, I feel like it acts not only as a sunscreen but also like a lightweight moisturizer because I find it a bit hydrating and kind of water-like on application. It doesn’t even feel tacky on my oily skin. Moving on, it gets easily absorbed by the skin once applied and once it sets, it doesn’t leave any greasy or oily residue. Huh, thin consistency but not as fluid - did you get what I mean or did I just confuse the hell out of you guys? Texture-wise, it has a thinner consistency than the UV Perfect Face Milk but is less runny. It has a mild sunblock scent with a touch of citrus in its undertones which disappears as fast as your nose can trace it. The sunscreen is a light yellow thin gel.
